Two plump spiders, both bigger than quarters, are living on our front porch. Henry likes to poke them with sticks as they scurry around their webs. They love that game.
When we lived on Mission Road in Clare (late 1970s, early 80s), I remember that my dad let a huge spider live in our kitchen where it spun a web near the ceiling. Living next to a dairy farm, there were plenty of flies for it to eat. Jason
Good memory Jason. Didn't it make you feel like that spider had a role in his life. I had always just been scared of spiders, (I'm still not thrilled with them) your dad helped all of us see how that spider lived. Especially me. :)

OMG! I don't do spiders well. I'm glad to have a house full of boys to take care of them for me.
