Birthday party for Kara's mom
Here are some pics from last Wednesday's birthday party for Kara's mom. Kara made hot dogs (with help from her brother Michael), salad, pasta with peanut sauce and a delicious cake. Her dad became very ill the next day and was taken to the local Brockton hospital. The whole family has been rallying around him and they hope he can come home soon when the doctors are done tinkering with his ticker and lungs.

I just re-read the text of this post and realized that is sounds like Kara's food made her dad ill. That's not the case. He suffers from a lung disease that took a nasty turn on him. JT

There is nothing like family to rally round their Dad/husband/brother. Andy, Hank and I are so thankful to God for all the good news coming our way. Get strong so you can come home to your home. We are thinking of you and praying, every day, every hour.
